South Korean mega group EXO has successfully finished their third concert in Singapore.

The nine-member unit (only eight members – Chanyeol, Kai, Sehun, Suho, Xiumin, Chen, Baekhyun, and D.O. were in town) met about 8,000 fans at the Singapore Indoor Stadium as part of their ‘Exo Planet 3 – The Exo'rdium’ tour on Sunday.

The tour began with six shows in Seoul last July and took the members to nine Asian countries, including Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand.

Taking the stage dressed in a red and black combo, EXO introduced the opening segment of ‘Mama’, ‘Monster’ and ‘Wolf’. For three hours, they delivered a tight roster of hit tracks, including ‘Overdose’, ‘Growl’, and ‘Love Me Right’ and newer releases ‘Artificial Love’ and ‘Lucky One’ with their flawless choreography and magnetic stage presence.

The boys also had the support of their loyal fans who hollered their hearts out and sang along throughout the concert – even when things went in unexpected directions (like when D.O.’s soulful vocals cracked during their acoustic rendition of ‘Lady Luck’). The song was part of a slowed-down, acoustic set that also included ‘My Lady’, ‘Call Me Baby’ and ‘Moonlight’.

Besides the upbeat numbers (which saw Chanyeol take the DJ stand), the audience was perhaps most responsive to ‘One and Only’, ‘White Noise’ and ‘Lightsaber’ – the members were drenched by the cascading water curtain on the extension stage – and Sehun’s birthday celebration.

They conveyed their gratitude to the crowd during the encore, promising to return to the music scene with a new album this year. Baekhyun also teased fans for tossing toys onto the stage. “To be honest, you are not allowed to throw things onstage due to safety reasons. But I always look forward to the encore stage because of these gifts."

EXO is set to make their next stops in North America on April 25.
